Upon the purchase of a new or used vehicle from any of our Kelley Automotive Group Dealerships, a customer account (complete with contact information, vehicle information, and corresponding RFID Sticker) is created in our car wash software. Included in that data is your expiration date, pre-programmed 12 months from the purchase date of your vehicle. As your expiration date approaches, WashKelley will begin communicating to inform you of your upcoming expiration and provide instruction on the renewal process.

One month prior to expiration, customers with a valid email address will receive an email informing them of the renewal process. Customers with a valid mobile number on file will also receive automated text messages 30, 21, 14, and 7 days prior to their expiration date with similar instructions. Customers will be required to complete this renewal process annually to continue to receive the Free Kelley Car Wash.
